Del is a certified Executive Chef and holds a Business Degree and Culinary Arts Degree in Food and Nutritional Services.
Del’s passion for food and creativity is what inspired him to begin his dream in becoming one of Cleveland’s best secrets, as a full service catering company.
Prior to starting his own business, Del was the General Manager of the Retail Café & Catering at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of daily catering events.
